Over our 18+ years of operation, a huge knowledge base has been developed for both Coaching as an Industry and the specific challenges and needs of anyone who becomes involved in Coaching as a Student, Partner, Mentor Coach, Trainer  or Specialists – who, for example – work with the Coach Accreditation Bodies helping to shape Policy and Philosophy as this field has developed into a true profession. Our team have a deep understanding of these issues and can provide the appropriate help.

This same dedication is awarded to our Licensed Partners.  Each Partner is allocated a dedicated Account Manager in house – and over time strong relationships are developed and built as in turn the Licencee’s business and territory is built and developed.   The level of support required differs according to our different Partnerships, but at the commencement of the relationship the Partner’s needs are carefully identified and a full support structure put in place.  This typically includes Gerard O’Donovan travelling to the Licencee’s territory and hosting Introduction Days and other promotional events and always includes the expertise, advice and guidance of the Head Office team.

Much of our business is web based – and by creating a seamless, highly efficient web based service providing on line support, learning modules and business tools, the need has developed for a leading edge IT Support Team. This now numbers 7 people who are fully committed to providing 5 Star service to everyone in contact with HQ.
